Responsibilities
- Operate a fully equipped mobile unit, manage a daily schedule of detailing appointments, and build lasting relationships with clients by delivering a premium customer experience.
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to achieve optimal results while maintaining vehicle integrity.
- Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring additional attention or repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met throughout the detailing process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Increase customer satisfaction and business profitability through effective sales and upselling strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, including buffing and janitorial practices.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for vehicle handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
