What You’ll Do
- Be part of a small team on residential and light commercial painting projects
- Review job scope, organize materials and equipment, and prep the crew
- Communicate with clients before and during the project to set clear expectations
- Manage project schedule, quality, and daily production goals
- Provide daily job updates to clients and the company (progress, issues, next steps)
- Oversee final walkthroughs, handle touch-ups, ensure job site is clean, and assist with closing out the project
