Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, including final mile delivery, warehouse activities, and retail pool distribution, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe execution. This role will manage and coach operations teams, coordinate driver and route schedules, and monitor key performance indicators to meet service and cost targets. The Operations Manager will collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include enforcing compliance with company policies and regulations, managing inventory and workflow, supporting budget control, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Operations and logistics management skills, including experience overseeing daily warehouse and transportation activities, route planning, and performance tracking.
