Matt Deter started Speedy Delivery LLC (SPEEDY) in 2000 by negotiating a multi-store partnership as a 3PL with the same furniture company that helped put him through college. Job Summary
Speedy Delivery LLC is looking Dispatcher/Customer Service person’s in Richland for our delivery routes.
This individual:
- Is detailed and well spoken.
- Is reliable.
- Enjoys tracking problems and speaking with customers.
- Possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Remains calm under pressure when juggling multiple calls.
- Has a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Has customer service experience.
- Is proficient with computers and technology.
Job duties would include:
- Monitoring delivery completions.
- Enforce company policies with delivery teams.
- Communicate daily with customers to get feedback about delivery.
- Address customer service issues, complaints and answer questions.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Monitor surveys and reports to escalate customer complaints and driver training issues as needed.
Salary : $17 - $18
