What are the responsibilities and job description for the Large Format Installer position at SPEEDY CPS?
The position is part of our large format department where vehicle wraps and graphics are printed. This role is being able to help with graphic design, producing on a variety of substrates and then installing on vehicles, buildings, ect.

Qualifications:Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders to determine the specifications and requirements for sign installation.
- Prepare installation sites, including measuring and marking surfaces and ensuring that they are clean and free from debris.
- Install and mount signs using a variety of tools and techniques, such as drilling, screwing, and gluing.
- Repair and maintain existing signs, including replacing broken or damaged parts and ensuring that they are clean and functional.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure that sign installation meets customer and industry standards.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and other workers.
- Record installation data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Drive company vehicles to transport signs and equipment to installation sites.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sign installation processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge of sign installation techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Strongly preferred is previous sign and/or graphics installation experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented

- Be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Lifting, bending, reaching type work on a regular basis
- Able to lift up to 35lbs with or without assistance
Work Schedules and Arrangements
- Onsite position
- Hourly - Wage is $20-$25 per hour, based on install experience
- Hours
- 830am-530 Monday through Friday
