Role Description Per diem, this is a traveling role on a as needed bases. A week of traveling would usually look like flying out on Monday morning returning no later than Friday evening. The role involves supporting Carelife team installing equipment in assisted living and memory care facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include installation and ensuring system health and alerts are properly working. The role also includes following standard operating procedures, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The individual in this role will contribute directly to resident safety, staff efficiency, and the overall quality of care.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow established procedures and protocols.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with clinical staff, caregivers, and administrators.
- Commitment to person-centered care, respect for diverse residents and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel for work, with flexibility to adjust to per diem scheduling needs.
- Must be able to pass background check.
