What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at SPEEDY CPS LLC?
The purpose of this role is to have a dual focus. The main role will be doing local deliveries in and around Missoula. The other part of the role is to help in our other departments as needed such as bindery and shipping departments. The role is important because you will represent the company as you are out in the communicty and talking to our customers. It is also critical because you will be crossed trained in multiple areas to help where cusotmer order help is needed the most when not doing deliveries.

Responsibilities
• Be detail oriented by organizing customer orders, packaging and loading delivery vehicles in a safe and effective way.
• Organize, stage, and designate delivery routes and shipping schedules
• Load and unload customer orders and incoming shipments
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance to move materials and products
• Safely operate company vehicles and remain alert and responsible while driving
• Assist with vehicle maintenance and keep vehicles clean and presentable
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling
• Take an active role in quality control to ensure orders are accurate, clean, undamaged, and presentable
• Support warehouse organization and inventory control as needed
Requirements
• Have an excellent driving record and provide a copy of a driving record within 15 days
• Good communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and be solutions-oriented
• Highly detailed and organized
• Ability to follow customer specifications and shipping requirements
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to follow standard procedures
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Regular lifting, bending, and reaching required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
Work Schedules and Arrangements
• Onsite position
• Hourly – $18-21 per hour, depending on experience
• Hours – Full-time position, 8:30am–5:30pm
