About The Role
As our CSR, you’ll be the voice and face of SpeedPro Alphartta for many of our customers. You’ll juggle
incoming calls, prepare estimates, coordinate courier and delivery logistics, and help keep our social media
presence active and on-brand. This is a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented, comfortable
multitasking, and enjoys variety in their day.

- Phone & Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, greet walk-in customers, and respond to
- Estimates: Prepare and send accurate project estimates and quotes based on customer specifications,
- Courier & Logistics Coordination: Schedule pickups and deliveries with courier services, track
- Order & Project Support: Enter and track orders in our system, follow up on order status, and
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of customer service, administrative, or office support experience (signage, print, or branding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable on the phone and confident speaking with customers.
- Basic math skills and comfort working with pricing/estimates.
- Experience with or willingness to learn social media platforms and basic content creation.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and general computer use.
- Positive, professional attitude and a team-player mindset.
