As a Production Specialist, your primary responsibility will be the physical production of signs and graphics. The ideal candidate will also have installation skills to support our install needs. A Production Specialist will perform the key functions below:
- Graphic Production: Produce signs and graphics by operating a variety of machines including wide format printers, CNC machines and cutting tools.
- Equipment Use & Maintenance: Operate and maintain tools like Flatbed Printers, vinyl plotters, laminators. CNC router experience is a plus.
- Quality Checks: Ensure all signs and graphics meet quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to understand client needs and ensure we meet project goals and deadlines.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and organized production area.
- Specialized Equipment Experience including plotter/cutters, CNC, laminators, and wide-format printers.
- Knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus for preparing graphics.
- Desired experience: 1-2 years of experience in sign production preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
- Ability to use light power equipment
