Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and existing customers, driving new business opportunities and nurturing relationships to maximize sales growth. Duties

  • Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business leads.
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline by tracking prospects, updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and maintaining organized records of interactions.
  • Conduct professional consultations via phone or in person, showcasing products or services with persuasive negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers, increasing revenue opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategic outreach plans, marketing campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive experience for every client.
  • Support inventory management and dealership experience by understanding product offerings and market trends to better serve clients’ needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on high-end or automobile sales preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and public speaking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data efficiently.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate deal calculations.
  • Experience in dealership environments or automotive sales is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Ability to perform outbound calls confidently while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
