Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for clients and staff
- Communicate with clients by phone and email in both English and Spanish
- Manage multiple calendars (EMR system) and coordinate provider/staff availability
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate client records and scheduling information
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Previous scheduling, administrative, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
