Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Schools

We are a private practice located in Fresno, CA that offers home-based speech therapy services, school-based speech therapy services, and clinic-based speech therapy services. We specialize in early intervention and school-aged children, but work with people of all ages. Expectations:

• Provide school-based speech therapy sessions to assigned clients under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Plan therapy activities based on the goals developed by your supervising SLP
• Accurately track progress on goals and collaborate with supervising SLP so they may accurately develop progress reports and recommendations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and appropriate documentation on a daily basis for every speech therapy session.
• Communicate effectively with families and staff
• Maintain professionalism when representing Speech Therapy Link
• Direct clients to consult with supervising SLP when any questions arise about progress in therapy.

Requirements for Employment:

• Current CA SLPA License
• In-Person Only (Required)
• Drivers License
• Bilingual is a plus (any language)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self starter and fast learner
• Excellent time management skills
• Clear background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
