Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor

Expectations:

• Fully supervise CFY's or SLPA's in the early intervention setting/clinic setting.
• Administer speech and language assessments using both qualitative and quantitative measures.
• Accurately diagnose various speech and language disorders
• Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor an individual's treatment plan
• Review and update the treatment plan based on client need and agency requirements.
• Review and revise in a timely, accurate, and appropriate documentation on a daily basis including SOAP notes for supervisees for every speech therapy session.
• Communicate effectively with families and staff
• Maintain professionalism when representing Speech Therapy Link

Requirements for Employment:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology (Required)
• Current CA SLP License (required)
• In-Person Only (Required)
• Drivers License
• Bilingual is a plus (any language)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in providing supervision for CFs and/or SLPAs is a plus
• Self starter and fast learner
• Excellent time management skills
• Clear background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year
