Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathologist based in Fresno, CA. The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to children with communication disorders as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with educators and families, and documenting progress to ensure students achieve their speech and language goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and experience working with various speech-related challenges
- Knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Expertise in assessing and treating Dysphagia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and educators
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold a valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-age children is preferred
- Passion for working in a bilingual and multicultural environment is a plus
