About Us
Speech Point Therapy is a private-pay pediatric clinic specializing in Autism, Apraxia, AAC, and complex communication needs. We are seeking an experienced SLP to join our leadership team and support our growing staff.
Position Summary
We are hiring an Assistant Clinical Director for part-time or full-time hours.
This role supports clinical quality, supervises clinicians, partners with ABA teams, and works closely with our CEO/Founder (SLP & BCBA).
Requirements
- 5 years pediatric experience as an SLP
- California SLP License
- Experience supervising SLPAs, CFs, or junior clinicians
- Strong experience collaborating with ABA teams and BCBAs
- Strong clinical skills in Autism, Apraxia, and/or AAC
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred: PROMPT, DTTC, AAC experience; private practice background
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship
- Review evals, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Support clinicians with complex Autism/Apraxia/AAC cases
- Collaborate closely with ABA teams and BCBAs
- Assist with onboarding and clinician training
- Provide clinical input for scheduling and caseload decisions
- Support parent communication when clinical guidance is needed

- W-2 role
