- No-shows/cancellations do NOT impact your pay - you are salaried for stability - between $93,000 - $98,000 / year [CFs] or $95,000 - $104,000 / year [CCC-SLP]

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home speech therapy services to pediatric patients (0-3)
- Conduct evaluations to assess speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each patient
- Implement therapy techniques to improve communication skills
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Utilize parent coaching method to improve therapy outcomes beyond the session
- Educate and train caregivers in the use of assistive technologies that support daily functional communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) OR Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Valid California licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
