About The Opportunity

We are actively seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple openings throughout San Diego. We’re hiring both local candidates and travel SLPs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of their students/clients.

Position Details

• Full-time, on-site roles across various San Diego locations
• Opportunity for 1 remote day per week (depending on site placement)
• Caseloads and settings vary (will align with your experience when possible)
  
  

Compensation

Local Candidates

• ?? $85,000 – $110,000 per year
• Based on experience and qualifications
  
  

Travel Candidates

• ?? $2,500 – $3,200 per week
• Weekly pay packages include tax-free stipends (housing/meals/incidentals)
  
  

Bonus Opportunity

• Retention Bonus Available
  
  

Qualified candidates are eligible for a bonus through the summer based on contract completion and performance.

Requirements

• Active California SLP license / credential (required)
• Ability to start August 2026
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous school-based or clinical experience preferred (not required)

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
