Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing engaging content that aligns with our clients' brand voices and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to create compelling visuals and copy across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Capture content using their smartphone at client's location(s) around the Chattanooga area
• Develop, plan, and execute content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive content strategies that align with our clients' overall marketing objectives.
• Produce high-quality visuals, including photos, graphics, and videos, using design software and tools.
• Write captivating captions, headlines, and copy that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to increase reach and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to optimize results.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Experience capturing professional content with their smartphone, including photo and video
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across various social media platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and video editing software.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus.
