Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a clinic-based licensed SLP to join our team of professionals. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, interdisciplinary setting with a manageable caseload and a focus on pediatric clients ranging from toddlers to adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children with a variety of communication needs.
- Deliver one-on-one therapy in clinic-based, school-based, or community settings.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other therapy professionals to support holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Ohio and/or Kentucky SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
