As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who can help us strengthen our client partnerships while driving new opportunities through occasional trade shows and outreach.
Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will engage in sales activities and manage client relationships across our extensive account base. This person will be the bridge between our clients and operations team, ensuring that client needs are met quickly, accurately, and with exceptional service. While this is primarily an in-office position, the role will occasionally involve travel to represent Spectrum Uniforms at a few key trade shows each year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and problem resolution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling products.
- Represent the company at select trade shows and industry events (4-6 shows per year) with team to promote our products and develop new client relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership to set sales goals, track performance, and report on client activity.
- Provide feedback to the team on client trends, product needs, and competitive insights.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects.

Pay Range:
- $35,000-45,000/annual; $16.50 - $21.00/hourly
- Additional $6000-$12000/annual in commission
