C oordinate paperwork and scheduling between trainees, trainers, staffing agencies, Human Resources, Operations Manager, and Regional Directors. Assist all new reps through the entire training process as main contact for any questions or concerns. Update resumes, schedule interviews follow up on employment forms, trainings, interviews, etc.

This job is in a professional office environment. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel 1-10%
Must have reliable transportation.
Required Education And Experience
Administrative experience with deadlines and working under pressure
Ability to handle extreme multi-tasking, scheduling, and communication and adapt well to change
Minimum Of 2 Years Previous Experience
Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office

Essential Functions
- Approving and verifying employment forms for staffing agencies and Cellular Sales.
- Setting and communicating dealer codes, safe codes, alarm codes, and online trainings for CSOKI and eRoes. Coordinating classroom and training schedules with Recruiter and Trainers.
- Updating and uploading resumes in Taleo.
- Scheduling phone and face-to-face interviews for Recruiter and Regional Directors.
