Project Manager – Underground Utilities & Sitework
Sarasota, FL | $120k–$135k Salary Truck/Allowance Benefits
Spectrum Underground is seeking a Project Manager to oversee both underground utility and sitework projects. This role coordinates planning, budgets, schedules, documentation, and communication between the office and field.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee utilities sitework projects
• Weekly site visits
• Manage budgets, pay apps, cost codes
• Create schedules (MS Project)
• Process change orders RFIs
• Plan work with superintendents
• Coordinate subcontractors and materials
• Communicate with owners and engineers
• Manage documentation (Procore, SharePoint/Dropbox)
Required Skills:
• Civil/utility/sitework PM experience
• Strong plan reading
• WorkMax, Office 365, Bluebeam, MS Project, Procore
• Problem-solving communication
