RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, developing pipelines, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior leadership and technical teams such as R&D and formulation groups.
• Collaborate with internal development teams and customers to support product co-creation and innovation initiatives.
• Gather and analyze market insights, sharing findings with marketing and product teams to influence strategy and product development.
• Support the innovation pipeline by identifying customer needs, market gaps, and new product opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and application teams to support customer projects and resolve technical or commercial challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, customer interactions, and project updates within CRM systems.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on product usage, process improvements, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver training sessions and share expertise with customers and distribution partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
