RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and track incoming payments while maintaining accurate customer account records
- Assist with reconciliations, including credit cards and account balances
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
- Respond to vendor and customer inquiries related to payments and account status
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness
- Support internal audits and assist with financial reporting requests
- Monitor transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Assist with payment processing and general accounting operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, with exposure to accounts receivable processes
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and reconciliations
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
- Familiarity with payment processing and customer account management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
