SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and independent Senior Lead Mechanic to join our team. This role involves assembling, installing, and modifying mechanical systems, particularly piping for industrial applications. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where your expertise and leadership contribute directly to the success of our production operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret and assemble mechanical systems based on detailed technical drawings.
- Install and layout industrial piping systems up to 2” diameter for gas and water lines.
- Perform operations such as drilling, tapping, reaming, and cutting on various components.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of mechanical assemblies.
- Operate with minimal supervision while maintaining precision and quality.
- Utilize knowledge of CNC machinery and welding tools (preferred but not required).
- Bend and layout pipes accurately as part of complex assemblies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical assembly diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with pipe fitting and bending techniques.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and welding processes is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Salary : $30 - $40
