Key Responsibilities
- Oversee job setup, workflow coordination, and production timelines
- Interpret client instructions and translate them for data processing and production teams
- Develop detailed job specifications for direct mail campaigns
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service (CSR) teams as needed
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with postal regulations and mailing standards
- Monitor, and support a small team of job account representative
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Prior experience in direct mail or related industries is a plus (not required)
- Strong project management and workflow coordination skills
- Ability to analyze client requirements and create detailed job specifications
- High attention to detail with strong quality assurance capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and computer screen time.
- Fine motor skills for keyboarding, manipulating documentation.
- Must be able to distinguish colors and shades.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
