Responsibilities
- Own key areas of the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement activity to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support fixed assets and lease accounting activities
- Identify accruals, reclasses, and accounting adjustments
- Partner with internal teams and auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls
What We’re Looking For
- Strong general ledger accounting experience with reconciliation and variance analysis
- Experience with accruals; exposure to fixed assets and leases is a plus
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving organization
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Public company, multi-entity, or ERP experience preferred
