Requirements:
- Strong financial modeling BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); AI & automation experience a big plus
- Advanced Excel (SQL/macros not required)
- A proven leader who enjoys coaching and developing a team
- 8–10 yrs FP&A/corporate finance, 3 yrs managing finance professionals
Compensation: $175K–$200K 20% target bonus, plus full benefits & 401(k) match
