Shifts that come available for coverage:
- Weekday Day Shift: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Weekday Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Weekday Grave Shift: Monday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday - Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Weekend Grave Shift: Friday - Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- In-home and community-based services
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living and independence goals
- Implement individual support plans
- Provide transportation and community support
- Document services and collect data
- Ensure participant safety
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Idaho driver’s license, vehicle insurance, reliable vehicle & safe driving record
- Ability to assist with lifting and daily living tasks
- CPR/First Aid & Medication Assistance (certification provided if needed)
- Free from communicable diseases
Preferred:
- 1 year caregiving or developmental disabilities experience
Pay & Benefits
Quarterly Bonus: $1/hour for permanent shifts
(Approx. $420–$470 per quarter)
