House Manager - Residential Habilitation

House Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Be able to fulfill all Direct Support Staff duties and requirements.
• Foster and maintain a positive team environment.
• Exhibit independent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented attitude.
• Ensure the house is adequately staffed to meet the needs of the clients.
• Ensure compliant documentation.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean environment.
• Assist with participant medications.
• Coordinate participant schedules and obligations.

Supplemental pay types:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: From $17.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• 7 am-3 pm
• Monday to Thursday
• On call Rotation

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
