WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Sales Rep - Estimator!
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 5 years of experience in painting, construction, or related trade sales/estimating
- Experience in sales, estimating, one- to two call close process, and in-house sales
- Strong understanding of painting processes, coatings, surface prep, and production rates
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes of work
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using estimating software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or equivalents
- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated with an upbeat attitude
At least two years of sales and estimating experience, and trade or industry experience is a plus.

DAY-TO-DAY
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed.
