The Behavioral Technician (BT) provides one-on-one behavioral interventions to children and clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Services may be delivered in clinical, home, or community settings. The BT works closely with supervisors, therapy teams, and families to help clients achieve meaningful progress toward individualized goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement ABA-based teaching and behavioral strategies
- Collect and maintain accurate data and documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors, therapy teams, and families
- Attend team meetings and case reviews
- Maintain professional communication and scheduling
- Promote client dignity and family-centered care
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience with individuals with IDD (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Prevention and Support Training or CPI certification (preferred)
- Valid Texas driver’s license and insurance
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel for company business
- Must be able to work onsite (not a remote role)
