Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As an Electronic Manufacturers' Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by representing multiple manufacturers and providing technical expertise to our clients within industrial, medical, automotive, and mil-aero sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between the manufacturers and clients, promoting and selling a range of products or services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging potential new customers
- Collaborate closely with the manufacturers to understand their products thoroughly and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
- Provide technical support and applications expertise
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in the electronic components industry or a related field
- Strong technical aptitude
- Proven track record in technical sales
- Experience selling to military and aerospace customers a plus
- Due to ITAR requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and customer-oriented approach
