Overview:

We’re hiring a Full Arch Case Review Technician (All-on-X) to serve as a critical quality and technical checkpoint within our Full Arch business unit. This role is responsible for reviewing incoming digital and clinical case submissions to ensure all records, prescriptions, and treatment plans meet technical requirements prior to design and production. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians, designers, manufacturing teams, and quality partners to identify case challenges early, provide clinical feedback, and support smooth case flow from work-up through final restoration.

The ideal candidate brings strong working knowledge of All-on-X workflows, digital case evaluation, implant systems, and restorative parameters—combined with a proactive mindset and sharp attention to detail.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Review All-on-X and full-arch cases to confirm completeness, accuracy, and technical readiness prior to design.
  • Evaluate IO scans, CBCTs, photogrammetry data, STL files, photos, and prescriptions for treatment planning consistency.
  • Identify risks related to implant positioning or angulation, restorative space, occlusion, and esthetics.
  • Validate treatment protocols, prosthetic designs, and material selections with clinicians and internal teams; request additional records as needed.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between providers and design/manufacturing teams, offering clinical feedback to support predictable outcomes.
  • Participate in case review meetings, conversions, and treatment planning discussions; assist doctors with technical questions on workflows, protocols, and restorative options.
  • Ensure all cases meet SKDLA quality standards prior to production release and document case notes, design changes, and directives in lab systems.
  • Proactively identify issues to reduce remakes and workflow disruptions and partner with Quality and Production teams on continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Design, Milling, Conversion, and Final teams to maintain seamless case flow, support new provider onboarding, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives across the Full Arch unit.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience in dental laboratory case review, clinical case evaluation, or treatment planning support preferred, with hands-on exposure to implant or restorative workflows.
  • Experience specifically reviewing Full Arch / All-on-X cases is a strong plus, but not required for candidates with solid implant or restorative case review backgrounds.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Implant systems, multi-unit abutments, and prosthetic components
  • Digital treatment planning workflows (3Shape, exocad, or similar software)
  • CBCT and IO scan interpretation, photogrammetry data, and STL file review
  • Occlusion, esthetics, restorative space analysis, and prosthetic design principles
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven clinical case evaluation and quality validation skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to clinicians and cross-functional team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with comfort managing multiple case reviews simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, patient-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
