Field Service Technician - Multi-State Training Specialist

We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience across multiple states while providing comprehensive technical training. This position requires extensive travel to various locations to train personnel and ensure optimal service delivery. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively across multiple states to provide on-site technical training and support
• Conduct comprehensive training programs for personnel at various locations
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule while training technicians in multiple states
• Produce timely and detailed service reports from various locations
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner across long distances
• Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols regardless of location
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Transfer knowledge and best practices between different state locations
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers across diverse states
• Maintain training documentation and track progress across all assigned territories

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record with willingness to travel extensively
• Ability to move and lift 50 lbs
• Proven experience in technical training or knowledge transfer
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with extended travel (up to 75% travel time)
• Friendly, cooperative, and positive attitude
• Adaptability to different regional cultures and work environments
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with tools and applications
• Experience with adult learning principles and training methodologies preferred

• Must be available for multi-day trips and extended assignments
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with home office
• Professional appearance and demeanor for representing company across diverse states.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $800.00 per week

Work Location: On the road
