• You have a track record in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, healthcare sales, or medical business development
• You already have established referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, SNFs, assisted living communities, physicians, or discharge planners
• You've built proven partnerships with elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, financial advisors, surgical practices, or other professional referral sources
• You know the Southeastern PA healthcare marketplace and the people in it

What you'll do
• Develop and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, surgical practices, and discharge planners
• Connect with elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, and other professional referral partners
• Identify new private-pay home care, home health, and post-op care opportunities
• Represent Living Care Home Services at meetings, networking events, and community presentations
• Hand off qualified referrals to our intake and care management team
• Help grow our presence across Bucks County, Montgomery County, and surrounding markets

• 1099 independent contractor arrangement, subject to applicable classification requirements
• Part-time, per diem, or flexible consulting schedule
