Location: Gardner, MA - North Central Correctional Institute
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Pay rate: $21.63/hour

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience in the behavioral health field preferred
The Recovery Support Navigator:
- Provides non-clinical services to engage, educate and support patients seeking treatment upon release and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community.
- This engagement begins pre-release and the support continues after the patient is released and returns to the community.
