What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recovery Support Navigator position at Spectrum Health Systems?
Location: Worcester, MA - based out of Main Street Outpatient location for our HUB program. Travel within Worcester required.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay rate: $20.90/hour

The Recovery Support Navigator is responsible for:
- Providing care navigation services that engage, educate and support individuals seeking treatment and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community. This engagement begins at any point during the continuum of care particularly during transitions in care. Candidates in Masters Program strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required
Salary : $21
