Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Paw Paw, MI. The BCBA will develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for children diagnosed with autism. Key responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, providing individual therapy, training and educating parents or caregivers, data collection, and monitoring progress. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for the clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Proficiency in Parent Education to support families in facilitating behavioral success
- Strong understanding of Psychology and behavior principles
- Competence in Behavior Management to address diverse needs effectively
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with children with autism is preferred
