Duties

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
