Job Title: Social Media Manager (Contractor)
Location: Frisco, TX | Bellevue, WA | Overland Park, KS (In-Office Requirement: 3 Days/Week)
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 4-6 years in social media management, digital marketing, or creative development, with a proven track record of leading social campaigns across multiple channels.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook), Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Analytics: Strong experience with social media analytics tools and KPIs that inform creative strategy and optimization.
- Multicultural Experience: Experience working with multicultural audiences, particularly Hispanic communities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
- Creative & Communication Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create content that is on-brand, on-tone, and culturally resonant.
- Tools: Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr, Airtable, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
