Job Title: Enablement Program Manager - Hotels
Location: Fully Remote (team is based in Seattle and San Francisco)
Duration: 6 months’ Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, PST hours
Responsibilities:
- Instructional Design: Build role-based training programs, playbooks, and certifications using instructional design best practices.
- LMS Administration: Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS)—organizing content, managing user access, and troubleshooting tech stack issues.
- GTM Support: Deliver sales enablement content, including sales pitches, objection handling, mock calls, and talking points.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze gaps and program effectiveness using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Highspot.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate business needs from Sales and Account Management into actionable learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Instructional Design.
- LMS Mastery: Hands-on experience building courses and managing platform administration.
- Sales Enablement Toolkit: Proven ability to create standardized playbooks and sales pitches (Hospitality industry experience preferred).
- Tech Stack: Proficient in Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and Project Management tools (Asana/Airtable).
- Execution: Highly organized with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Background at a SaaS company.
- Experience with Highspot, Gong, or similar enablement platforms.
- Familiarity with travel/marketplace business models.
