Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process from defining requirements with hiring managers to negotiating and extending offers.
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify talent and build partnerships with technical vocational schools and local workforce organizations.
- Event Coordination: Plan and lead onsite hiring events, represent the company at job fairs, and engage in industry networking.
- Candidate Evaluation: Compose job ads, conduct phone screens to qualify talent, and present top candidates to hiring teams.
- System Management: Maintain 100% data integrity within the Workday ATS.
- Business Partnership: Attend town halls and business updates to align talent acquisition with functional area initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Environment: Proven track record in recruiting for manufacturing environments.
