Job Title: System Administrator
Duration: 3 months
Location: Remote
Administers and supports HRIS, LMS, ATS, Time & Attendance, and Document Management Systems, ensuring daily operations, data integrity, and system performance.
Collaborates with HR Systems team, IT, and HRIT, driving system integrations, upgrades, workflow optimization, and process efficiencies.
Designs and delivers reporting solutions including ad hoc reports, dashboards, system interfaces, and scheduled reporting for enterprise use.
Provides end-user support, training, and documentation, while maintaining spreadsheets, presentations, and department metrics tracking.
Requires 2 years HR systems experience (5 years can substitute degree), project management/system implementation skills, proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/LMS, and experience with tools like Workday, Cornerstone, Kronos, HealthStream (hospital setting preferred).
Salary : $30 - $40
