Job Title: Technology Research Analyst (A/V - Audio & Video)
Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
C2 Eligibility required
Day to Day:
- This position will assist our primary A/V Analyst with installations, operational support, and maintenance for all equipment in our environment. Consultation and design of conference room set ups.
Work Environment:
- Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.
Line of Business: Workstation Support / Corporate & Commercial Support
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of a variety of information technology products and solutions.
- Strong research, customer service, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail. Good judgment.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the IT organization.
Required Technologies:
- Video chat, Audio & Visual support of Crestron & Extron devices
- Crestron
- Extron
- Microsoft Teams rooms
- Audio & Video Installation experience
- Good Customer support and experience communicating with customers and understanding their needs.
Required Software and Other Tools:
- Microsoft Office.
- Software and tools will vary based on the technologies supported.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree
Required Work Experience:
- 2 Years of specific knowledge of the technology(s) or product(s) to be supported including 1 year directly supporting the technology(s) or product(s).
