⚡Position Title: Contract Coordinator
Work Location: Irvine, CA, USA 92612
Assignment Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
On-site, with possibility of Hybrid work after training
🔥Work Environment & Schedule:
- Initial onsite Monday–Thursday for training, collaboration, and accountability.
- Later may shift to Tuesday–Thursday onsite, with Monday and Friday remote once integrated.
- Fast-paced cubicle office setting within a collaborative, dynamic team.
- Contract: 3 months with potential for extension or internal opportunities depending on performance.
📌Position Summary:
- The Contract Coordinator will manage, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of company agreements.
- This role ensures smooth contract processes for internal stakeholders and external partners while maintaining compliance and driving workflow efficiency.
- The focus is end-to-end contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and redlining, but not signing.
💼Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full contract lifecycle within a contract management system.
- Independently review, draft, and approve contracts, collaborating with business and legal teams.
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and due diligence.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide sound, well-reasoned recommendations and exercise independent judgment.
🧠Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of undergraduate education preferred; JD degree acceptable if aligned with role and compensation.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in business functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement, contracting, finance).
- Hands-on end-to-end contract management experience including drafting, reviewing, and redlining.
- Proficiency in contract and vendor management systems (Sirion, SAP). Ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable collaborating in a high-performing, accountable team.
- Tools: Sirion, SAP (Ariba retired). Candidate must learn new systems quickly.
