Job Title: Assistant Civil Detailer
Duration: 12 Months Assignment with possible extensions
Location: Kansas City, MO
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings and design models from sketches, calculations, and verbal instructions under the direction of an engineer.
- Draft control schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment connection diagrams while applying project standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to verify design details and understand project requirements.
- Execute design changes and project drawing revisions efficiently.
- Utilize 2D and 3D applications to perform layout, detailing, and problem analysis.
- Maintain proficiency in CAD systems and coordinate with designers across disciplines.
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive detailing and design experience.
- Strong proficiency in design software, specifically AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Excel.
- Ability to utilize both 2D and 3D applications for engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of design calculations and engineering discipline theories.
Salary : $28 - $31
