What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business throughout the Long Beach & Carson markets
- Conduct client visits and discovery meetings
- Build strategic relationships with manufacturing, transportation, logistics, and distribution companies
- Create customized staffing solutions that solve workforce challenges
- Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close new business
- Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Consistently meet sales goals and KPIs while growing your territory
What We're Looking For
β 5 years of B2B sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience within the Light Industrial, Commercial, or Transportation Staffing industry
β Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
β Strong communication and negotiation skills
β Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven
β Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
