Job Description for Outside Sales Rep:
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified prospective clients
- Conduct Field Calls throughout your protected territory of Ontario into Santa Fe Springs
- Make outbound calls that move prospects through the sales funnel
- Conduct thorough discovery meetings and identify sales opportunities
- Provide detailed staffing solutions customized for individual clients’ needs
- Create and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and establish terms of service
- Achieve KPI's thru weekly metrics
- Consistently close and achieve monthly sales targets
Ideal Qualifications:
- 3 year track record in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing industry or any other service-related industry
- Extensive experience working with a CRM
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task changing priorities
- Ability to work independently while still collaborating as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills that develop ”clients for life”
