Requirements:
Machine Operator
- Operate & monitor multiple Press Machines as assigned
- Must meet required Production goals and quotas
- Proper setup, Operation and Maintenance of equipment with progressive dies
- Must be able to do light Maintenance as required on Machines and dies.
- Ability to balance safety, quality & efficiency
- Accurately capture and record necessary operating data
- Following established methods and procedures to produce material to specification
- Assisting in regular cleaning and preventative equipment maintenance activities as directed
- Communicate quality and product process issues between work groups
- Perform duties with a goal to continuously improve quality and productivity
- Demonstrate strong Safety, Quality and Customer focus
- Must have excellent reading and math skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in extreme heat and cold
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have own transportation (public transportation not available for all shifts)
- Must have 2 years prior experience with Press Machine Operation
- Must pass Background, Drug Screen and 75# Lifting/Back Strength Evaluation
- Must have Valid ID for I-9 Verification
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
